The Student or Organization may cancel/withdraw from a course without cause upon written notice via email to Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC (info@cybersecuritytrainingco.com) at any time prior to the event and is subject to the other terms outlined in this Policy.
Original selected or specified training dates are used to establish the start date of the Refund Window. Delays due to factors outside the control of Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC do not extend the start date of the Refund Window.
There are no partial refunds for Discounted Packages unless a course within that package is removed and not replaced by another relevant, equal or similar-purposed course.
SPECIAL NOTE: Purchases made via a referral link are not eligible for refund due to the high risk of fraud within the CMMC Training Academy Affiliate/Reseller Program.
REFUND WINDOW

Cancel within 60 days of course start date: Full refund minus $250 cancellation fee.

Cancel within 45 days of course start date: 50% refund minus $250 cancellation fee.

Cancel within 30 days of course start date: No refunds.
IF WE CANCEL TRAINING
Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel training 15 calendar days in advance for any reason. In this case, Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC’s liability shall be limited to one or more alternative training dates. If no alternative training date is made available students are entitled to a refund of any unused portion of training.
Students are encouraged not to confirm any travel plans or incur any expenses related to course attendance prior to confirming course delivery. Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC waives any and all liability for any costs incurred by a Student or Organization aside from the approved refund of prepaid course registration fees.
Students are obligated to ensure they place the Info@CyberSecurityTrainingCo.com email address in their Safe Senders list and are obligated to monitor their emails for regular communication. A failure to do so and/or a failure to respond within specified time frames noted in this Policy and in the communications will forfeit certain rights noted below and in the communications.
Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC accepts registrations on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the postmark date Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC receives payment in full for training fees (check or credit card authorization form).
All training courses developed and/or delivered must be paid in full prior to delivery and/or, in the case of custom-developed course, transitioned to customer.
Recording, copying, reproduction, reuse, modification, distribution, display, or transmission of any of the contents of any material presented for any purpose without the prior written consent of Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC is strictly prohibited.
Copyright infringement penalties will include civil and criminal including:

Statutory damages between $750 and $30,000; and

Civil penalties of up to $150,000 per piece.
Student (“Student”) registrations are defined as individuals who register for public courses regardless if they are employed by or associated with an Organization.
Organization (“Organization”) registrations are defined as public and private companies that register one or more students as part of a prenegotiated, organizationally-invoiced training program.
Organization’s that have purchased on-site training are responsible for all venue, travel and expenses incurred by Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC in relation to the scheduled and delivered training, regardless if the training is canceled or rescheduled. These fees are due and payable immediately upon invoice, regardless if the training is canceled or rescheduled.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC and a Student or Organization, the following payment terms apply:

Unless authorized in writing by Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC, all training must be prepaid in full upon course registration

Attendance is not confirmed until payment in full is received

Unless authorized in writing by Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC, organizations shall apply the following invoice payment terms:

A 50% deposit is due a minimum of 45 business days prior to the first day of class

The remaining 50% balance is due a minimum of 30 business days prior to the first day of class

IF TRAINING IS DELAYED DUE TO FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Delays in training due to factors that are outside the control of Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC are not eligible for refund. Students will be given the option for rescheduling.
We will send communications to students who do not have a current and accurate selection of training dates in an effort to rectify the situation. A student’s failure to respond to requests to specify training dates within 5 (five) business days results in a forfeiture of all rights to a refund but students still retain the right to the training purchased.
RETRAINING
Students are entitled to unlimited retraining for the version of the course in effect at time of purchase.
PRACTICE EXAMS
Students are entitled to unlimited access to available practice exams associated with their paid training for the version of the course in effect at the time of purchase.
RESCHEDULING
Students may request to be rescheduled to attend a future training course. The Student will have one (1) year from date of purchase to attend training. The burden is on the Student to track when the one year period expires; Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC.
Unless there is a medical emergency supported by treating physician documentation, rescheduling requests made within less than ten (10) business days will not be honored and course registration fees and rights to the training forfeited by the Student; there is no refund.
Rescheduling training does not extend the Refund Window.
If training is rescheduled by Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC due to any reason, including factors within or outside of the control of Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC, students will be notified of their options for rescheduling. Students who fail to respond to offers for rescheduling within 5 (five) business days forfeit all rights to a refund but still retain the right to the training purchased for the version of the training in effect at the time of the original order.
Organizations may request training be rescheduled instead of receiving a refund. Organization training rescheduling requests must be received ten (10) business days or more prior to the training upon written notice via email to Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC (info@cybersecuritytrainingco.com).
Organizations have up to one (1) year from the originally scheduled training date to receive the purchased training. Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC will do its best to accommodate the Organization’s requested rescheduling, however, is under no obligation to accommodate the requested new training dates requested by the Organization.
Note – Fees paid will depend on the location and venue of the training event. Local taxes may be charged in addition, where applicable.
Note: Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC will not accept third party payments or applications for any course applicant unless the third party is a government agency, the applicant’s employer, or is otherwise authorized by Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC prior to the registration being accepted.
